Return Process

  Log into your Tectonicuk account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund eligibility.

  Ship to Service Centre

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
